Magnifique Event Decor is a small events services company based in Philadelphia that specializes in event decor. The business traces its origins to 1981 when Phebe founded Magnifique Balloons, initially focusing on balloon deliveries. In 1987 she purchased a building in Manayunk and expanded into party decorating, adding floral design after 1989.
