From a practical standpoint, by offering a holistic and integrative approach, which addresses mind, body, spirit and relationships, we can provide comprehensive and interdisciplinary ways of treating the whole person, couple or family through coordination of care among all our healing professionals.

We know the stresses of growing up, parenting, juggling a career and family, staying connected in relationships and living in the fast paced environment of the D.C. area. These stresses can be overwhelming at times and can impact your mood, relationships, physical and spiritual health and ability to thrive.
