Long-Term Quality Alliance (LTQA) is a collaborative network of organizations focused on improving outcomes and quality of life for individuals managing functional limitations due to chronic health conditions. The alliance brings together groups across healthcare and social services to share knowledge and drive the development and continuous improvement of high-quality, integrated long-term services and supports that are person- and family-centered. It functions as a convener to connect private-sector and government entities, aiming to identify major challenges and promote replicable models that support broader adoption of integrated LTSS. Based in Washington, DC, LTQA operates within the public policy sphere, serving a range of stakeholders involved in provision, administration, innovation, policymaking, and advocacy for LTSS. Recent activities include partnerships to highlight strategies for managed long-term services and supports and launching a pilot study to test a new data collection and analysis model for a defined population in Washington state.
