LifeWorks Community Action is a mid-sized nonprofit organization in the field of individual and family services based in Ballston Spa, New York. It traces its roots to Saratoga County EOC and focuses on helping neighbors overcome poverty through a combination of food assistance, early childhood education, energy services, maternal and childhood wellness, and immigrant services. Key programs include The Pantry in Ballston Spa, The Kitchen in Saratoga Springs, and services such as Head Start, WIC, and Weatherization. The organization operates to meet core community needs and support families across the region.

LifeWorks is part of the National Community Action Partnership, a national coalition of more than a thousand agencies working to alleviate poverty at the local level.
