LifeStream Complete Senior Living has served retired seniors in the greater Phoenix area since 1978. In 2022, its fourth decade of service, the organization joined the Bethesda Senior Living family of faith-based, non-profit communities to offer a complete spectrum of retirement accommodations. As a result, our residents thrive in the company of friends and family at every stage of life, enjoying the LifeStream legacy of serving seniors. LifeStream has three unique communities across the valley, with various living arrangements and services, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Our unique and homelike settings, programs, and services have continually pushed forward over the years, always incorporating industry best practices. They have been further designed to serve our residents and educate Residents’ families and the community at large on the value of Seniors in our society. LifeStream empowers our Residents to have enriching relationships with their loved ones—whom we are privileged to call our “family.” Our communities provide a warm, real-home environment where everyone feels loved, needed, and a part of something bigger than themselves.
