LifePoint exists to worship God, reach the lost and raise of spiritually passionate followers of Jesus Christ.

A clearly defined purpose provides direction and unity for everything we do as a church. It acts as a rudder to steer us on our journey, and a compass so that we can stay the course. Our purpose is to:

1. Worship God
(This is our upward focus)
Well beyond just music, worship is everything we do as believers; a moment by moment outpouring of our lives, our thoughts and our actions as a continual act of worship to our Creator. God alone deserves our worship.

2. Reach the lost
(This is our outward focus)
We are committed to reaching those who are apart from God by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. Whether it is someone who has not yet put their faith in Christ, or someone who (for whatever reason) has grown apart from the Lord, we want to help them find their place in God’s family. Bringing others to a personal, saving faith in Jesus Christ will always remain one of our primary goals.

3. Raise up spiritually passionate followers of Jesus Christ
(This is our inward focus)
We recognize that reaching the lost is only step one. Teaching and equipping them to become mature disciples of Jesus is step two. At LifePoint, we want to help every believer become spiritually passionate followers of Jesus Christ so they can share that passion and help others become Christ followers.
