Liberty Dynamic develops safer, smarter diversion devices for tactical operations in the armed forces and law enforcement. Its latest flashbang design aims to reduce hazards associated with older models by employing an airburst approach that limits smoke, heat, and secondary fragmentation. The device uses a digital fuse with precise timing and a render-safe window of 60 seconds, and its slim profile supports stable hand deployment.

The system is designed for remote deployment from platforms such as small unmanned aircraft and throwable robots and can accommodate payloads for marking, deterrence, or suppression to meet varying mission needs. The company is based in Denver, Colorado, operates with a small, specialized team, and reports active collaboration with law enforcement and military teams across the United States and abroad, including a 2019 partnership with ReconRobotics to adapt the Throwbot 2 robot with an upgraded diversion device.
