LI Script is a Long Term Care “closed door” Pharmacy located in Woodbury, NY. We provide pharmaceutical services, products and care for residents of skilled nursing facilities, short term rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities and other long term care facilities on Long Island and throughout New York State. We aim to help long term care facilities deliver high standards for their residents with personalized products and services.

Who We Are
LI Script is an owner-operated, long-term care pharmacy that provides pharmaceutical care for residents of skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and other long-term care facilities in New York. Driven by innovation and a desire to achieve excellence in the field of pharmaceutical services, we aim to maximize the contribution we make towards patient care. Our entire management team is comprised of registered pharmacists. In fact, every department of LI Script is lead by a pharmacist – from billing to data entry, to client service, to medication packaging, compliance and quality assurance.
