We can draft a provisional patent application, a non-provisional patent application, a design patent application.  We also will provide a trademark search and prepare a trademark application. We have offices in Fort Worth, Texas;  Arlington, Texas;  Plano, Texas; Dallas, Texas; and Houston, Texas. 

The patent cost is a flat fee to draft and file the application and we do additional services at an hourly rate.
