We believe Slovakia could become the Finland, Singapore or Switzerland of Central and Eastern Europe if it has enough leaders in the private sector and public administration. That is why we contribute to developing young people with the potential to grow into shapers demonstrating character, excellence, entrepreneurial leadership and civic engagement - regardless their socio-economic background. We focus on educational and support programs for individual students and young professionals across different life stages. We provide world-class education for high school students through our Summer Leadership Camp, mentoring program called TalentGuide or scholarships. We design and in the near term we plan to open international boarding high school. We connect Slovak professionals and university students abroad with Slovakia and help those who are considering their return home by facilitating networking, job, internship and volunteering opportunities. For young professionals we organize skill-based volunteering program.
