Leadership Palm Beach County is a nonprofit organization that brings together leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to foster a connected, civic-minded community in Palm Beach County. Founded in 1983, the organization has prepared more than 2,000 adult and youth leaders by deepening their civic commitment and awareness of diverse industries. Each year it runs four core leadership programs that enable high school students and high-achieving professionals to engage with one another and with their county, guided by a network of alumni who help shape the curriculum.
