Leadership Lincoln develops community‑minded leaders who are ready to listen, collaborate, and take action. Through our adult and youth programs, we bring people together from across Lincoln to learn about local systems, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen their capacity to lead with integrity.

Youth Leadership Lincoln (YLL) introduces high school students to civic engagement, community issues, and their own leadership potential. Students explore Lincoln through hands‑on experiences, conversations with local leaders, and a yearlong mentorship that supports their growth.

Flagship is our deep‑dive adult cohort for individuals who want a comprehensive understanding of Lincoln—its systems, challenges, and opportunities. Participants spend nine months learning alongside a diverse group of peers, building the relationships and perspective needed to lead well in community.

Executive is a focused, high‑impact program designed for senior and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their civic awareness and connect with others shaping Lincoln’s future. The curriculum offers a concentrated look at key issues and encourages leaders to engage thoughtfully and collaboratively.

Across all programs, our goal is simple: equip people to lead where they are, contribute to a stronger community, and stay engaged long after graduation.
