Ultimately, the Corporation’s goal is to strengthen regional employment, build a base of high-value industries, and significantly improve the economic future for all who live and work in the region. Lawton-Fort Sill Economic Development Corporation is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit Corporation supported and led by the community's business leaders, city government, and top academic institutions. We collaborate closely with other entities throughout the Lawton/Southwest Oklahoma region and the State to ensure a globally competitive, sustainable regional economy through quality job creation. We consistently “joint-venture” with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce in pursuit of job development.
