Launch Centers, based in Los Angeles, California, operates in the mental health care field with a focus on services for young adults pursuing sobriety. Its LAUNCH Young Adult Empowerment Center offers a structured life-skills program that supports education, vocational training, and the development of social relationships, often delivered in sober-living or other supervised settings. Clients are paired with a personal therapist who works one-on-one to help identify talents and interests and translate them into personal goals and greater independence.

A central aspect of the program is helping participants complete education—whether through local colleges or trade schools—while receiving educational counseling, job placement support, and opportunities for internships, backed by relationships with local businesses to provide real-world experience. In addition to academic and career guidance, the program emphasizes practical adult skills such as financial and time management, scheduling, and wellness.
