In addition to review services, our expertise includes reviewing or creating appraisal policy and procedures, ordering appropriate appraisal reports, providing training workshops for appraisal procedures, and USPAP and FIRREA regulations.

L-CAM is an appraiser owned and operated company, offering a wide breadth of experience. We have affiliated review appraisers with MAI designations, most with a minimum of 25 years’ experience in the field of appraisal and appraisal review. Although we are based in the Chicago area, our reviewers are located throughout the United States and we can service your international needs as well.
