KZ Companies, LLC (“KZ) is a full service commercial real estate development and investment company.  We specialize in integrating with our tenant’s real estate department to lead in all aspects of new store development and new store roll out programs.  We manage the development process from start to finish. Since the inception of our company in 1994, we have successfully built an extensive foundation of relationships with retailers, landlords and municipalities.  Through our relationships we pride ourselves on the ability to deliver every project on time and on budget. 
 
Based in Irvine, California, the Company has developed hundreds of retail buildings throughout the nation for national and regional retailers such as CVS Pharmacies, Dollar General, Starbucks, Petco, Smart & Final, Circle K and many others.

KZ’s construction segment of the Company recently became even more renowned when it merged with Miller Construction to create KZ Miller Construction (“KZM”).  This joint venture company is a full service General Contractor and Project Management Company that bring over 35 years of construction experience to the table. Our team of construction professionals set themselves apart from the competition with our wealth of project experience, multi-faceted skill sets, and the added value from the keen oversight of the KZ Companies Management Team.
