The Kuyayky Foundation is a small nonprofit based in Miami, Florida, focused on promoting and developing Andean music and culture. It curates a variety of cultural activities—from performances to documentaries, film festivals, lectures, workshops, and visual artworks—to preserve and share Andean heritage. The foundation has led international collaborations and hosted events such as the Concert for Peru with the American Red Cross in Miami, Kuyayky Live! in Europe and the United States, and annual benefit concerts for the Children of Jauja, as well as Xauxa: Back to the Beginning at the Broward Center in Fort Lauderdale. In addition to artistic programming, KF engages in humanitarian relief work, partnering with Un Techo Para mi Pais to support housing for families in Peru, and reports reach to more than four thousand impoverished children and mothers in the Mantaro valley over the past six years. The organization advances its work through a web portal and other online platforms, and maintains endorsements from academic institutions and organizations such as the Smithsonian NMAI, INDEPA, and the Inter-American Development Bank's Youth Leaders Program, while also providing research consulting for academic projects and media productions.
