Komlossy Law, P.A. is a litigation firm that concentrates on shareholders rights, corporate governance, securities litigation, other complex class actions and commercial litigation.  Komlossy Law was founded by Emily Komlossy who has been bringing the same spirit of determination to the pursuit of justice in both state and federal courts and championing the rights of all citizens for over twenty years.  

With a wealth of experience in this field, Ms. Komlossy has also provided portfolio monitoring services to individual, institutional and hedge fund clients to enable them to identify and determine an appropriate course of action when potential misconduct affects the client’s portfolio holdings.  

In addition, a substantial portion of Ms. Komlossy’s cases has been in the shareholder merger litigation area.  She has litigated cases for her shareholder clients against high profile companies in state and federal courts throughout the country. Prior to opening her own firm in 2013, Ms. Komlossy was the managing partner in the South Florida office of a New York based firm that handled class action litigation, and previous to that was the managing partner in Florida for another New York based firm with the same practice.
