Founded in 1958 in Renville, Minnesota, K&M Manufacturing began with a simple idea: build practical products that make hard work easier.

Originally established as K&M Manufacturing and Repair, the company focused on solving everyday challenges faced by farmers and equipment operators. Our first products—durable toolboxes and equipment steps—were designed for real-world use in demanding environments.

By the early 1960s, we expanded into replacement tractor seats, a move that helped shape our company's direction and laid the foundation of our expertise in operator comfort and equipment fitment.

Today, K&M Manufacturing engineers and manufactures a wide range of aftermarket parts and accessories designed to improve the safety, comfort, and productivity of agricultural, construction, material-handling, and turf-care equipment. Our product line includes seats, steps, and handrails, mirrors, cab foam kits, toolboxes, weight boxes, and many other equipment upgrades.
