Kickstart Innovation is a strategic management platform based in Zurich, Switzerland, operating as a large, zero-equity, multi-corporate ecosystem for innovation. It runs a scale-up program to accelerate deep-tech innovation by connecting later-stage startups with established organizations and other ecosystem partners. Each year the platform brings around a hundred startups to Switzerland to pursue proofs-of-concept, pilot projects, and other partnerships, with access to senior executives across its partner network.

Kickstart unites corporates, cities, foundations, universities and high-growth startups to collaborate on focused priorities, spanning finance, insurance and cybersecurity, food and retail, smart cities, health and wellbeing, learning and intrapreneurship. Founded in 2015 as an initiative of Impact Hub Zürich and launched by digitalswitzerland, it sits in the strategic management services landscape in Europe; in 2022 it introduced Kickstart Academy to broaden support through hackathons, innovation sprints, and expert sessions.
