The Ketchikan Indian Community (KIC) is a federally recognized tribe based in Ketchikan, Alaska, with a membership exceeding 6,000 and the second-largest population among Alaska tribes. It operates the KIC Tribal Health Clinic, delivering health services to KIC and Saxman residents and holding accreditation from AAAHC and CARF. Since 1997, KIC has used self-governance compacts with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Indian Health Service to administer health, education, social services, housing, and cultural resources programs.

In December 2025, KIC acquired the 11-acre Salmon Falls Resort property near Ketchikan to develop an integrated healing and wellness center. In prior years, the tribe advanced housing and water infrastructure projects and formed partnerships to expand health services, including a SEARHC collaboration to launch an opioid and substance-use treatment facility and a 2022 affiliation with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative.
