The KeelWorks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) approved nonprofit foundation dedicated to supporting upward mobility for everyone, but especially the economically disadvantaged. We support personal empowerment through peer supported leadership development, goal management, and mutual accountability. 

Our change model is based on the idea that together, we can do anything. Diversity, inclusiveness, emotional intelligence, and the power of community intelligence. 

Our program is under development, but even now we are supporting change through our intern program. Every program project is driven by students with education, but without the experience to qualify as a credible career candidate. We have coached hundreds of students and graduates in career skill application, coached resume development, and helped hundreds to meaningful employment. 

Since 2008, the foundation has operated with less than $1500 total funds. Expenses are paid by volunteers and corporate support. We benefit from software and systems support for systems and training development tools.
