Keating & Lyden, LLC is a business law firm that has two locations, one in Boulder, Colorado and one in Bellingham, Washington. The company  was founded in  May 2009 when Robert Keating formed Robert Keating Law, P.C. in Boulder, Colorado. And later, Thomas Lyden joined the practice as a business partner and Keating & Lyden, LLC was formed.

Our prime practice areas include appeals, business law, civil litigation, criminal law, debtor rights, DUI/DWI, entertainment, estate planning, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and taxes.

Robert Keating’s practice focuses primarily on business laws where he provides expert advice to business enterprises, organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals in the fields of corporate and partnership law, private securities, taxes, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts, and others. Tom’s practice is focused primarily on civil litigation and criminal defense.
