Keith Rule as a workers compensation specialist and Ann Karras-Rule in charge of all commercial lines operations. Our father George Rule worked in insurance all his life and in Campbell, CA for over 30 years. Scott and I (Keith Rule) followed in our fathers foot steps and went into insurance where I met my wife Ann Karras-Rule. We formed an LLC in Campbell, CA and have been in business since 2006.
