Our Services:
We offer individual, adolescents, adults counseling and workshops. Some of our specialties include; Trauma & Abuse, Depression, Anxiety,  Eating Disorders, Sexual Abuse and Attachment. 
Some of our modalities are CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Relational, Interpersonal and integration of evidenced-based theories. 
We offer in-network & out- of network coverage with Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Check with us if we are in-network with your insurance. Some insurance networks that we are either in or pending are as follows; Premera, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Regence, Lifewise, Group Health PPO, First Choice of WA, Keizer of WA, HMA and Cigna.
