Donor engagement capitalize on recent large non-cash contributions and growing assets to position the organization as a stable partner for in-kind gifts, planned giving, and accelerator-style fundraising initiatives.

Grassroots impact Highlight community-driven projects like the Sponge peatland protection and Beluga Wetlands work to attract local businesses, tourism operators, and environmental edu partners seeking visible, community-benefiting conservation outcomes.

SMB-friendly solutions With a small team and revenue footprint, target small to mid-sized conservation grants, service agreements, and sponsorships from regional entities looking for nimble partners with proven local impact.

Tech-enabled outreach Utilize existing tech stack and digital channels (Weebly site, Google tools, ad placements) to scale storytelling, donor segmentation, and paid campaigns aimed at environmentally focused funders and partners.
