K-2 Ventures is a Florida-based private equity firm that was founded in 2019 by Mark Kacer and Kevin Kacer. K-2 is focused on partnering with small to mid-sized businesses and respects the values and vision of the management team.

INVESTMENT CRITERIA:
Size: Up to $5 million in EBITDA for new investments. No threshold for Add-On Acquisitions.

Location: United States and Canada

Control: Preferred but not required

Industries: Manufacturing, Value-Added Distribution, Industrials, Consumer Goods, Business Services, Healthcare
