In addition to its main-stage programming, the theater runs community arts education and outreach initiatives that serve the Greater Metro area. Over more than two decades, the Jungle Theater has earned a reputation for artistic excellence and collaboration with local artists within the Twin Cities theater community. It is a fixture in the Lyn-Lake neighborhood, contributing to its cultural life as well as social and economic vitality. In 2021, Christina Baldwin was appointed artistic director, reflecting ongoing leadership changes at the company.
