J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR) is a multidisciplinary practice offering services in all core engineering disciplines, architecture, planning, and project management. Within this structure, we provide clients with a fully integrated, single point of contact service for all project requirements, from needs definition and feasibility studies to concept and detailed designs, contract documents, permitting, scheduling, costing, and administration during construction. 

Since our founding in 1955, our company has evolved to mirror the complex and interrelated systems we are designing. With all design disciplines under one roof, we thoroughly and efficiently balance the varied and often competing individual system requirements towards the objective of the best overall design solution.
