Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc., (JZC) is a small business with three decades of experience providing clients with total engineering solutions.   JZC has developed into one of the most widely respected full service civil engineering, construction management and independent testing/inspection companies in Western Pennsylvania.

Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc. currently has office locations in Pittsburgh and Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, Wheeling, West Virginia and mobile units at several satellite locations to efficiently provide services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. 

JZC’s Pittsburgh office, opened in July 2006.  This location houses Zell Engineers, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary) as well as OZA Architecture, Inc. (an affiliate Architectural Services firm).

The Construction Inspection and Construction-Materials Testing and Inspection Divisions operate primarily from the, Coraopolis office. Our fully accredited, full service AASHTO, CCRL, AMRL and USACE certified materials testing & research laboratory is also located in this location.
