Most organizations don’t have a cybersecurity problem. They have a program problem. IT is held responsible for cybersecurity outcomes without having full authority, ownership, or organizational alignment. As a result, tools accumulate, pressure increases, and leadership lacks clarity on how risk is actually being managed. NuResolution focuses on fixing that structural failure. We work with IT leaders and executives to design cybersecurity as an organizational program with clear ownership, decision rights, and governance so security stops being reactive and starts functioning. We do not sell tools. We do not replace internal teams. We do not operate as an MSP or MSSP. Our work centers on: • Cybersecurity program orchestration • Executive alignment and governance structure • Clarifying responsibility and decision ownership • Reducing noise created by fragmented tools and initiatives We also facilitate a workshop for IT leaders called “A New Structure for Cybersecurity,” which introduces the program lens and helps teams see where misalignment is creating friction.
