Our business began by helping stressed-out managing partners offload to us their firm's business issues. Each partner had a significant practice and enviable expertise, billed out at a premium hourly rate, and worked hard at rainmaking. Their challenge was keeping these critical balls in the air, while trying to run the business that was their law firm. J&A stepped in and allowed these managing partners to get back to what they do best and enjoy the most - practicing law.
