The services include; feasibility studies; project cost analysis; detailed estimates; cost planning; contract procurement strategies; project management; post contract services; work valuations; contract claims negotiation and settlement; project close-out, redline drawings, shop drawing preparation, advanced Construction Management etc.

IPS provides full time Program Managers, Project Engineers, Environmental Engineers, Supervisor Quality Assurance Representatives, Communications Engineers and Scheduling globally. IPS also provides A/E design services for Environmental, Energy and Building Conditions Assessment (BCA) reports.
