We offer management services for residential apartment complexes, duplexes, and single family homes.  We also manage Homeowner Associations.  In addition, we manage office buildings and retail strip centers.  IPMG, Inc. is a licensed entity with the Oregon Real Estate Agency and currently has 5 brokers serving our clients.  It is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Metro Multi-Family Housing Council and an affiliate member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Master Craft Restoration & Maintenance, LLC is an affiliated company specializing in property maintenance, remodels, tenant improvements, and insurance restoration.  It is a fully licensed and bonded contracting company.
