The International House World Organisation (IHWO) is a global network of independently owned language schools with a founding date in 1953, based in London, England. The network includes more than 130 affiliated schools across 45 countries, delivering language instruction in a broad range of languages such as English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Italian and Arabic. Participating schools operate independently but must meet IHWO's stringent quality standards to use the International House brand. IHWO conducts four core activities: publicising member schools to students and agents, providing teacher training, organising events to promote member schools to agents and stakeholders, and establishing industry standards for quality language teaching. In June 2026, LDA Language Centre Torino joined the network, expanding IHWO’s global footprint to 138 affiliated schools.
