Interlink Commerce was born because big-name Electronic Data Transfer (EDI) providers were falling short. Our President, Ed Dewsnap, saw every mistake they were making during the course of his work: integrating EDI with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Customers were routinely forced into rigid EDI packages that didn’t do what they needed… and were stuck with sluggish service and cumbersome software, to boot. He decided enterprise-level EDI didn’t have to be that hard.
