Innovate+Educate is a United States-based nonprofit in the education administration sector. It aims to reshape training, hiring, and advancement so that more than 100 million low-income workers gain access to learning and employment that support lifelong economic mobility.

It works on developing competency- and skills-based pathways to training and employment. A longstanding collaboration with the National Association of Workforce Boards began in 2016 around the Family Centered Employment initiative, a partnership that has persisted through 2025. In 2019, Innovate+Educate and Pima Community College announced the SHIFT HAPPENS program at Pima Community College.
