In the luxury hospitality segment, the inn is affiliated with Preferred Hotels L.V.X. and Virtuoso and holds eco-credentials including Silver LEED certification and recognition as a Maine DEP Environmental Leader. It maintains a pet-friendly approach, offering pampering for visiting dogs with no dog fees and partnering with the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland, where an adoptable foster dog is on site.
