Indigo Yoga is a Fort Worth-based wellness and fitness studio that has served the DFW area since 2006. It offers a range of heated and unheated yoga classes, plus meditation and barre, designed for all levels, taught by a team of 21 instructors. Co-owned by John Cornelsen and Sandra McGlothlin, the studio has welcomed more than 900,000 visits over its history. The organization extends beyond its studio by providing free trauma-informed yoga at community locations across Tarrant County to broaden access to wellness. It also partners with Fort Worth businesses on corporate wellness and private events, and runs signature programs such as 40 Days to Personal Revolution and IndiGO HARD 75; in May 2026 it marks two decades with the Sadhana Circle for members with 1,000+ lifetime visits.
