Impact Shares provides investors with equity market proxies while investing consistently with established leaders in values based investing. We partner with foundations/religious denominations and socially responsible organizations to gather capital and deploy it in a manner to advance their organization's mission. The benefit to the organization is the additional capital to put to work influencing their policy area of interest more dramatically. Additionally, all or a percentage of net profits will be given back to the governing body through a charitable contribution. Through this vehicle the organization will be able to connect in a more meaningful way to potential future charitable contributors (as their wealth and life stage allows) while proactively engaging the business community to advance their cause.

Net profit is the excess, if any, of Impact Shares' Fund fees after the deduction of operating expense and a reserve for working capital.
