Ice Cream Jubilee is a Washington, D.C.–based ice cream company in the Food and Beverage Services industry. It is described as the only local, DC-area ice cream company, with shops in Georgetown, Navy Yard, and Ballston Quarter, and it sells premium ice cream through its shops, a catering cart and truck, and select grocery partners. Founded in 2014 by Victoria Lai, who left a government attorney career to start the business, Ice Cream Jubilee combines sophisticated, international flavors with favorites like Banana Bourbon Caramel, Red Bean Almond Cookie, and Blueberry Pie.

The company has continued expansion, and in 2025 it announced openings in Falls Church, Virginia and Baltimore, Maryland. It has also engaged in partnerships to broaden access to its products, including a plant-based collaboration with Eclipse Foods and a delivery partnership with District Doughnut.
