The IATSE Entertainment and Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund coordinates and funds training and skills development programs and courses for IATSE members and workers in crafts represented by the union. Its mission is to provide training opportunities that help the workforce advance in their trades and improve job performance while promoting safety and craftsmanship standards across the entertainment and exhibition industries. Based in Burbank, California, the fund operates with a small-to-mid-sized team focused on workforce development in the entertainment sector. 

In January 2025, the trust launched the IATSE TTF Courses & Resources app to broaden access to its training materials and courses. Within the entertainment providers industry, it serves as a facilitator of standardized training across trades represented by IATSE.
