About I Trained U provides in-person training and online developmental skill training through an Internet-based progression training system. Mission To provide the development skill sets, exposure opportunities, and placement support needed to be marketable for next-level opportunities in basketball. The Internet-based progression training system builds a player's basketball skill set from the ground up, regardless of his/her experience level. Our proprietary program emphasizes the "ROOTS" of basketball development, which includes footwork, core agility, shoulder jukes, and ball handling (dribbling, passing, shooting). Description For $10/month, members receive access to the online training program, which can be self-assessed or assessed by a trainer, the social media hub to connect with other players, the coach hub to connect with university and college coaches, free webinars, educational resources, a parental portal and more! We also offer clinics to receive training in a group setting.
