We manage the 9th largest affordable multi-family portfolio in the United States. We are a diverse group of over 75 affordable housing professionals that believe in creativity, collaboration, sound business practices, and creating long lasting relationships with each other, our investor partners and development partners. We are headquartered in Encino, California where the majority of our employees are. We also have an office in Boston and smaller offices across the country in locations such as Denver, Columbus, Las Vegas, Clearwater, and Dallas.
