Humin is a new phone and contacts app that captures all of your relationships and remembers them the way you naturally think.

Contacts are the core of your social experience on mobile, and yet it’s the one thing that hasn’t changed since the earliest flip phones. All of your contacts are still stored in one giant alphabetical list. But now, with Humin, your phone will remember the context of your relationships and let you search them the way you think.

The archaic, impersonal era of organizing people alphabetically is finally over. Humin’s search is inspired by the way you naturally think, understanding the unique context and strength of your relationships. Everyone you know from school, work or your weekend crew – Humin brings them all into one place. Instead of struggling for someone’s name when you run into them (starts with an S...?), you can search “works at Humin” or “met at Shake Shack” and find exactly who you are looking for based on the details that you can easily remember.

Located in downtown San Francisco, the team at Humin is passionately building new technologies that are contextual for each user.
