The HUBZone Contractors National Council is a small nonprofit trade association based in Oakland, Maryland. It brings together companies and organizations to support the HUBZone program and the small businesses and communities it targets.

Its goals include expanding HUBZone set-aside opportunities to meet a 3% government-spending objective, improving certification and application procedures, and increasing the pool of qualified HUBZone firms. The organization also aims to broaden HUBZone participation across more agencies and programs while pursuing parity among set-aside regimes. In January 2020, the Council recognized SaviLinx with its Economic Impact award for HUBZone Small Business of the Year – Rural America.
