In addition, HTS is certified by the City of Houston, METRO, and the Port of Houston as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE). The staff at HTS consists of Registered Professional Geotechnical and Civil Engineers, Registered Environmental Professionals, NICET, ACI, and TxDOT Certified Engineering Technicians and Laboratory Personnel.
