We offer a variety of programs for Houston businesses, from team building to regular fitness classes. Our fencing classes are an out-of-the-ordinary experience that your employees and coworkers will be talking about for a long time. Why your business needs fencing: Physical workout: Fencing is one of a few sports that meets every recommended requirement for adult activity. Join a Summer Camp Our camps teach kids fundamental fencing skills through games and other activities. Learn the history of the sport and how to move, attack, defend and win.
