Hospice of the Chesapeake is a hospice and palliative-care provider based in Pasadena, Maryland, serving individuals with advanced illness and their families. It delivers physical, psychosocial, and spiritual support in the patient’s home whenever possible, with inpatient care available when home care isn’t feasible, and operates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, quality service. The Chesapeake Life Center provides grief counseling and support groups for adults, children and teens, and survivors of homicide and suicide, and operates two weekend camps for grieving youth. Its services extend beyond what the Medicare Hospice Benefit covers. In December 2024, Hospice of the Chesapeake launched Reimagining Hope, a podcast series.
