PHILOSOPHY
Hospice and palliative care provides supportive services through innovation and compassion to individuals, their family members and significant others at the end of life. Hospice focuses on the goals of individuals to meet their needs of comfort and dignity in the final phase of life. Hospice recognizes the importance of enhancing the quality of life at the end of life through appropriate and compassionate care. Hospice care is guided by the choice and goals of the individual and family. Hospice offers palliative care for all individuals and their families without regard to gender, age, race, creed, sexual orientation, disability, or ability to pay.
